We have a duty of confidentiality to you as a veteran but also have a duty to your safety and well-being and of others.

Peer support, is part of a range of veteran support services available for all who served, at any level.
ONE recognises that in order to maintain and develop a world class Veteran Support Centres, we need to be proactive in empowering veterans.
Our Financial Policy
Our Financial Policy is issued on behalf of the Board of Directors of Óglaigh Náisiúnta na hÉireann (ONE) in accordance with the Handbook of Rules.

BULLYING
The aim of this policy and procedure is to eliminate all forms of bullying behaviour, to raise awareness of the effects of such behaviour on individuals and the learning environment and to promote a climate in which members, residents and staff feel able to raise complaints of bullying without fear of victimisation.
The Bullying Complaint Form is attached as Appendix 1 to this document.

HANDBOOK OF RULES
PREAMBLE
Óglaigh Náisiúnta na hÉireann, the Organisation of National Ex-Service Personnel (ONE) is a registered company, limited by guarantee and also has charitable status.
ONE is governed by its Constitution (Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association) which is lodged with the Companies Registration Office. The company is subject to company and charities legislation.
This Handbook of Rules, authorised under the ONE Constitution, governs the relationship between the Board and the Area Councils and Branches of the charity. It also sets out how Area Councils and Branches conduct their business. Finally it provides guidelines on a variety of matters such as dress, ceremonial, etc.

Veteran Support Centres
The Veteran Peer Support protocol recognises that veterans may need support at different times during their life. This is a ONE Board initiative, however, the project maintains and supports close links with the Citizens Information Centres (CIC) and Money Advice and Budgeting Service (MABS).
